annually) for support for the new laptop or (b) pay a "bundled" annual support fee for both Reflect 8 licenses. and then, either (a) the annual support fee lapse on the desktop and just pay the renewal fee (presumably $69.95 U.S. Does anyone know if Macrium would be willing to "customize" its license bundle arrangement for something less than four (4) machines? I would not mind picking up a single Reflect 8 Home license for the new laptop for no more than $50 U.S. This is very problematic for software that purportedly is intended for the home consumer market. The jump from a single license to a minimum bundle of 4 single licenses is a significant one, particularly if the annual support renewal fee is $140 U.S.
I don't understand Macrium's quirky licensing model. I would then let the second-year support lapse on the desktop machine. for a bundle of four (4) single Reflect 8 licenses, and if my existing key can't be transferred without risk to my machines, it looks like the only remaining option to put Reflect 8 on the new laptop would be to buy another single license at $69.95 U.S.
MACRIUM REFLECT FREE EDITION TORRENT LICENSE KEY
If the Reflect 8 license key can be transferred to the laptop, how would I go about doing this? For example, should I download a "trial" version of Reflect 8 to the new laptop, and then insert my existing Reflect 8 license key to make Reflect 8 permanent on the laptop, and then delete Reflect 8 and the associated license key from the desktop? I am very concerned that if I did this, the Macrium servers would regard this transfer as "piracy" and then de-activate my key from both the laptop and the desktop. Since the desktop machine is older, would it be possible to transfer the Reflect 8 license key from it to the new laptop, and then revert to Reflect 7 Free on the desktop? 2.
MACRIUM REFLECT FREE EDITION TORRENT HOW TO
I have several questions about how to do this. However, Reflect 7 Free does not allow incremental scheduled backups and Reflect 8 does, so I'd prefer to have Reflect 8 on this new laptop. I will be picking up another Windows 10 laptop next week, making a total of three (3) machines in my home network.
I back up each machine to a Synology Network Attached Server. I also have an older HP desktop running Windows 10 and Reflect 8 Home.
Currently I have a relatively new HP laptop running Windows 10 and Reflect 7 Free.
